This releasable rubber joint for 16 mm tiller extension is mounted with an aluminium pin only. The rope core will avoid complete failure should the rubber tear.

Mounted with pin which is kept in place by a piece of heat shrinkable tubing. The distance between the mounting hole centres of all joints is 32 mm.

To remove a joint: simply cut off the tubing and push the pin out.
